"NOTE 1:  As discussed in sections III.A. (Proposed OPPS Treatment of New CPT and Level II HCPCS Codes) and XII.B. (Proposed Treatment of New and Revised Codes) of the CY 2018 OPPS/ASC proposed rule, we are requesting comments on the new CPT codes that are listed below.  Specifically, we are requesting comments on the OPPS status indicator (SI) and APC assignments, as well as the ASC payment indicator (PI) assignments.
